It's not much of a difference tbh. I think part of that is remenant belief from Diablo II! Fairly sure blizz have stated they didn't want it to be a big difference or people would just farm the cow level and no other parts of the game. And that is not what they want.

According to the theories in forums, the secret cow level seems to drop best loot in the game (one step above last level of your difficulty), and also has significantly higher droprate of legendaries.

But yeah, D3 is single player game for most, so server problems at Blizz are epic fail.

WoW had frequently 2-3 day outages during vanilla and early TBC after wednesday maintenances.

I dunnoooo. I think the WoW forum would descend into worse rage if faced with a similar situation.

Kinda proves that WoW players are more mature in comparison. Regardless of the minimum age limit of the game.

There seems to be an unusual amount of nerdrage in the D3 tech support forum. It actually makes the wow forums look mature by comparison.

So, Network providers eh?
« on: Tuesday, 19 Oct 2010, 22:05:16 »
Before i start: This post is public so more can see it :)

If anyone is annoyed at their network provider and is with O2 the mobile company in the UK, they can get up to 20 meg speeds with 20GB d/l limit for £8 (£12 if not O2) a month, and i can sell you it :D. (other packages available with fair use DL limits of 100 GB and 250GB available)

I'm posting this in case anyone was thinking of changing, value for money wise it's pretty good, O2 also has a "happiness guarantee" (30 days, if you aren't happy, can cancel) so yeah, it's not bad. can get home phone too so if you're with BT then you can change and it'll benefit you. Fact.

Cheers for reading my shameless hopes for leads.

Also, if you can to help me, can you post what provider you're with, how much you pay per month and what you get so i can get accurate comparisons to use. Quick review of companys customer service etc would be nice too.

Cheers again folks
Greetings again <insert name of applicant to make reply seem warm, friendly and more personal>,

We have decided to hold you to your promise of tripling your average uphill cycling speed by end of T16. Welcome back to the team!

Erm, if by customer servise you mean IT dept, then isn't ISP tech support everywhere supposed to work 24-7?

Well I'm with sky, and have to say its very good.

12.50/month down to 7.50 if u have their free evening and weekend call package.

20 mb max speed with unltd downloads.

I actually get around 13mb in reality but then none of the providers can actually give the max speed to the majority of customers.

Hope that helps m8. If ur still selling when I move back in to my flat then I'll look into o2 for ya :)

My ISP closed their support line at 23:00. Funny enough, internet went splat at exactly 23:00 several evenings......

I guess the manager of the evening team said something like "Oh... it's already 23:00. Good work today lads!, Now let's go home. Sven!, turn of the lights, coffee machine and ze internet"

Same here in Romania, at least @ my ISP. The one Kitty has have 0800-2000 support, and most of the time they bitch @ the telephone and give you some bogus explanation.

I don't get commission, i get a bonus based on hitting sales targets. Targeted at 1.3 sales per day. Btw ren, i didn't know sky lowered the max package price if you took the phone too, that's not half bad. upto 20 meg (probably same speeds you'd get now) with a 20GB d/l limit with O2 with evening and weekend calls is like £17.50 with O2 (includes line rental though) so probably more expensive

well cheapest BT line rental(if u take online billing opotions etc.) works out about 9/month(no call package), then with 7.50 on top for sky bb/phone, totals 16.50/month so afraid sky have pipped ya to the costing post :p
