So as sexy as I am as a lil Belf I'm gonna be race changing come cata but I'm torn...
I have always loved the cows and finally they have become intelligent enough to train in the ways of the priest, however our new found allies, the Goblins have a nice little racial in the form of increased haste.

Like I said, torn.

So yeah, opinions pls :p

If I was to choose between cow and goblin, I would think a bit of how the size of the taurens make the game feel like slow motion. Whilst goblin on the other hand will make the game feel faster.

I'd go for goblin because of this.

Trolls have the only racial ability which gives direct PvE benefit for caster classes. Goblins have that rocketboots-thingy, trolls come with haste bonus.

Besides, (female) trolls look better than cows or goblins.
