These rules are what Prophecy expect from their raiding members. We expect every member of the raiding roster to agree to and live up to them for raiding with us. Call it a terms of agreement.
1st RULE: We do not talk about Prophecy raidingNon raiding players/guilds/guild members are
not secondary citizens. They are equal to us in every way except goals and dedication. We do not gloat, talk down to or in anyway pretend to be better than anyone. We do not brag or boast of our success, we let success speak for itself.
2nd RULE: We DO NOT talk about Prophecy raiding!Seriously, don't! Misbehaviour as a raiding member regarding rules 3-10 will result in removal from the roster of the raiding organization. Misbehaviour regarding rules 1-2 can result in a guild kick.
3rd RULE: We do not raid for loot, we loot for raiding.Personal loot will never come first for the raiding schedule. We will always aim for the next boss. Since clearing previous bosses is required to get to the next, loot will sort itself automatically just by raiding. Good gear is a tool making it easier, nothing more. EPGP decides ultimately. Shiny shinies will be yours either way in the end as long as you raid.
4th RULE: When we raid we raid!Raiding hours are 20:00-00:00 server time. Invites will start at 20:00, we aim to
pull as fast as possible. This means that you are expected to be ready at the summoning stone. Ready at the summoning stone does NOT mean afk in Orgrimmar. Both hands on keyboard&mouse, both eyes on screen, no afk'ing.
We do not force other people to do our job by not doing it ourselves!!! Trash or boss, all 25 are focused. Cynicism because of others breaking this rule is
not a valid license for breaking it yourself.
5th RULE: We are prepared. Not having time to read tactics is not an excuse, taking time to actively participate in tactics development is as much part of raiding as the act itself.
Those who do not have time to read tactics does not have time to raid.6th RULE: We aim to progress. Not only to get further in the content, but also to progress our teamwork, communication & personal skill. We help eachother out getting better and we do not bring negative nonsense to the raids, we bring constructive nonsense!

. When we're killing a boss or clearing trash we have on farm, we do not slack. We try to beat our previous performance, not just barely jump over the bar needed for a kill.
7th RULE: We blink in unison! In such a large group of people as 25, layers of management are sometimes necessary. We do not need to agree with the assigned unit leaders or the raid leader in every little detail, but we let them have final say so not to waste time debating during raids. Trial and error is often the fastest way of developing and learning. Endless debates aren't.
8th RULE: We love action! And we get bored of drama. In a large group of people, there'll always be misunderstandings and annoyances over minor details. The little things in any human relations. We keep it civil, move on quickly and think of the next step instead of dwelling in the past.
9th RULE: The show must go on.We need to have a sufficient number of active raiders to make our raids happen without too much fuzz. We expect at least 2 days from each participant and we also expect participants to
tell us if they have to go inactive for a certain period along with
estimated time of returning. Vacations, house movings, internet service provider problems etc. We can't force people to wait, so we have to keep the roster filled with players active enough. Keep us posted so we know what to do or we'll assume the worst.
10th RULE: We screw around, slack, show up late, leave early, go afk, go afk unanounced, drop out..... and.... well we do whatever we please...............But
NOT while raiding.
