It looks like the error codes have received a much needed upgrade. I've gone from 33 to 37. Yay! Or something.

Well, the servers are allegedly back up. However, they seem to have limited concurrency rather severely.

Well, the error has now morphed into Error 3003. This is quite an outage

act 3 hell (~halfway), we got a "vampiric molten " pack
(quote) Row: "I refuse"
it was also a running-away type of mob so it pulled many many other packs too

Actually, I find vampiric mortar to be pretty horrific, given how many pets I have out for them to kill  :'(

unknown addon
« on: Friday, 22 Feb 2008, 23:09:49 »
Meh I have some trouble with an addon, it sometimes pops up some screen which I can't move/delete (if I right-click the screen I can only set it's transparency, but I can't click through the screen either so making it 100% transparent won't help either). I've been busy with my UI a few days/weeks ago and it only occurs since then, but I tried putting all those (except PartyPooper because it can't be done in-game) addons on standby which didn't make it move. Anyway here the pic where you can see the screen, perhaps anyone has some idea's from what addon it is and how to that screen off without needing to relog/reload or disabling that addon.

It's the darkish screen right under my portrait, marked it with red and putted an arrow to it to make it more clear ^^

Is it always standing there, or it only pops up when you get in a raid group?

Try looking at your UI settings from Blizz, it's the default background for parties - so try any add-on that modifies/turns off the default party UI. Bit of a puzzle why it's only showing 1 member of the party, unless there are several there overlapping.

It only sometimes pops it up (it got popped up when we just killed lurker for the first time, but then it was way higher altho the width was about the same, and it popped up last thursday when I just entered the raid). I think it's a PartyPooper bug then, I'll try to get some options for that addon altho I don't believe there are any. Weird that I can adjust it's transparency when I right-click it tho. Anyway thanks for the suggestions. Anyone got a tip for an addon that -only- removes the party-portraits (so not like ag_UnitFrames which also adds alot of other stuff which I don't want)?

I'll be surprised if it was partypopper, isn't that just a minimap addon?

nope it's an addon that removes the portraits of party members. But there are also no bugs reported about this addon on curse.com nor options able to configure. I guess I'll just have to do it with those screens popping up sometimes, I hope /reload will help it so I don't have to relog every time it occurs.

You can use ag_unitframes and disable all frames when you enter a party or raid group. This way you can only configure your frame, your target's frame and the ToT's one. All these frame addons have options like that (to disable party/raid frames).

I had ag_UnitFrames but I don't want all the extra's it offers, also I don't believe it's able to disable having your own and enemies portraits being the one from ag_UnitFrames instead of the default one

I use ag_unitframes and I only have its portraits on my UI -.-

Mine, my target's and my target's target. Just these 3.

aye and that's exactly what I don't want :) all I want is the party portraits to be moved, instead of having that as well as having those weird ag_UnitFrames portraits for yourself, your target and target's target. I prefer the default portraits because I'm used to them and they are way more clear imo

And there is not any Blizz option for that? O.o

To hide party frames that is.

is there? why did some morron make this addon then? and why am I dumb enough to get the addon? and why don't I got enough brains to look in the interface options to delete the party frames? and why.. ok slap me please, hard..

*checks interface options* All I can see is something to only hide the party portraits in a raid and not when in a group as well. Anyway still slap me, hard..
