Daily quests...

Wondering if someone could list out, or point to a link which tells me what all the dailies are? I'm sure I'm missing most out ...especially 'free' gold which of course is very nice

i will try to put a list , at least what i know (and regularily do). i may miss the exact names but the main idea is what matters. also i will put details for each quest, and prereqs. if there are any errors please correct me.

skettis - 2 quests :

1. fires over skettis - you have to bomb kaliri eggs with bombs provided, from your flying mount. the monstrous kaliri flying around are very annoying, especially for 60% mounts. i have fast mount and they catch me without problems i`d say. they can get you knocked off your mount. reward : 12g.
2. rescue the prisoner - there is a prisoner around the skettis towers. from him you can start an escort quest (soloable). there are 3 spots around skettis where he spawns, usually there you do the bombing run. after a few days you`ll make your own "pattern" of doing things around there. reward : 9g.
prereqs : the "entering the skyguard" quest chain. it starts from the woman near the flight master in shatt, you have to kill 20 ogres near shatt where one of gruul`s sons is, then she sends you to skettis. there may be another quest there with killing warp stalkers. level 70 and a flying mount is required.


ogri`la, blade`s edge mountains - 4 quests .

to access the ogri`la quests you need to complete the "sons of gruul" chain. it starts in shatt, you must talk to an ogre around the lower city quartermaster. he will send you to the arena in blade`s edge, you have to kill some sons of gruul after. it`s a 5 man quest chain. after that, you become "king/queen of the ogres", and you can interact with the ogri`la npc`s. after a few quests there, which involve some grinding of apexis shards and running around, you will eventually "open" the daily quests :
1. the relic`s emanation - you have to play a color game. for details, check on wowwiki "apexis relic". reward : 9g (+15 apexis shards).
2. bomb the cannons - similar to the skettis bombing quest, you have to bomb some stacks of cannon balls in the forge camps near ogri`la. the cannons shoot at you and you have to keep moving to avoid being knocked off. once you get it, it is an easy quest, at least for me it seemed easier to do with 60% mount rather than the skettis one. this quest awards both ogri`la and skyguard rep. reward : 12g (+15 apexis shards).
3. wrangle aether rays - you have to wrangle 5 aether rays. just find them, attack them, and at 30ish% (before 2.3 it was 20%, now i am not sure) you will get a message "the aether ray seems ready to be wrangled". activate quest item (provided) and there you go, very easy quest. this quest awards both ogri`la and skyguard rep. reward : 12g (+15 apexis shards).
4. banish the demons - *available only at honored rep with ogri`la* . you get a banishing crystal. to activate it, you need to spend an apexis shard (you`ll get loads by doing the other quests, 15 per quest i think). then kill some demons in the forge camps (near the place where you activated it), until it`s duration is off. repeat this until quest is done (15 demons needed). reward : 12g (+15 apexis shards).

dungeon dailies, shattrath city - 2 quests :

there are two ethereal guys in shattrath, in the northeastern part of lower city. each of them gives a quest for a dungeon (kill / retrieve), one for a normal one, other for an heroic one. rewards are 24g and ethereum prison key (normal) / 2x badge of justice (heroic).
prereqs : i don`t know.

hellfire daily, hellfire peninsula - 1 quest :

the quest to capture the pvp towers in hellfire peninsula. the quest reward is 1g, so it`s not really worth the effort, that`s why i`m not commenting on it. reward : 1g and 3x thrallmar mark of honor.

pvp battleground dailies :

i don`t do pvp, so i let someone else explain these in detail.

netherwing dailies, netherwing ledge, shadowmoon valley and western nagrand - 7 quests :

to access the netherwing dailies you need to have artisan (300) riding skill. to access the "up-to-neutral" questline you only need a flying mount. so :
flying mount needed : the chain to begin netherwing rep grind starts from a npc called mordenai (an elf) roaming around netherwing fields (close to sanctum of the stars). you have to do some standard killing/collecting quests, then there comes the pain in the back 5 man quest, zuluhed the whacked. tough to get a group for it, since the ones that have started the netherwing dailies (artisan riding) will not be able to help. after doing this, you become neutral with netherwing.

artisan riding needed : after you become neutral with netherwing and have 300 riding skill, you can advance past neutral, get loads of cash and a nice dragon mount. however the grind is pretty boring. there are other non-daily quests but i will not list them here because i don`t remember them all :

** neutral rep quests : **
1. netherwing relics - you have to kill dragonmaw transporters between the main island of smv and netherwing ledge. position yourself on one of the big rocks floating around and start killing. you need 10 relics to drop off them, drop rate is good i`d say. i`d say a 50%ish, but haven`t done it in ages. easy kills, too, because you can "trick" the mobs to bug and not attack for a few secs. reward : 12g.
2. poison the peons - awfuuuuul quest ! the goblin in the dragonmaw camp (netherdrake in disguise) gives you a quest to poison the peons on netherwing ledge. he gives you some food to give them but you have to get fel glands to make it work. they drop from wild creatures in smv, like boars, dinosaurs, etc. drop rate is "no comment". i remember once i was playing late at 2 am, started the quest, and couldn`t complete it until the dailies reset, that is, 3 am. only 10 out of 12 dropped. i quit doing this quest at honored or so, just farmed eggs (rogue ftw!). it`s very annoying and "nerve-killing". reward : 12g.
** friendly rep quests : **
3. booterang - easiest quest ever, i`d say. maybe on par with the color quest in blade`s edge. you have to "discipline" 20 disobedient peons. you get the booterang (quest item) from the quest giver, you just have to use it on peons to "discipline" them. funny texts too. the best part, you can be on flying mount when you do this. so just fly around and click your action bar when you see peons, that`s easy cash. reward : 12g.
4. nethermine cargo - first of the "mines" series. you have to collect nethermine cargo from the mines, pretty basic quest. 15 pieces are needed, you can`t miss them. you can do this along the other daily in the mine, the one-time quests in the mine, and egg farming if you have the spare time. also it`s gold reward is higher than most of the quests. reward : 18g.
5. flayers and ravagers - second of the "mines" series. another basic quest, kill 15 flayers and 5 ravagers. you`ll want to do this along with the quest above, and egg farming. reward : 12g.
** honored rep quests **
6. burning legion - this one is in western nagrand, an area accessible by flying mount only. you have to kill 20 burning legion "agents" there. tough quest, mobs are 70-71, packed, hit hard, and elites roaming around. reward : 12g.
** revered rep quests **
7. deadliest trap ever - this quest starts sanctum of the stars/temple of sha`tar. it`s a 3-man group quest. you "trick" the dragonmaw to attack the outposts (which one depends on your faction), and then you kill the dragonmaw. i`ve 2-manned it most of the time with a fellow warrior, if you have good dps you can do it, but we died a few times during the quest. the more the better. reward : 9g.



i am not sure on the rewards (in gold) on each quest, please correct me if i`m wrong. i rounded 11g99s to 12g and on others i just skipped the silver reward.

Think I've done a few of the pre-reqs without remembering they lead to dailies

Pvp dailies is just to win that particular bg. Gives about 12g and 400ish honor.
